The terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings. They are defined here for clarity.

"tkck" or "Platform"

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

tkck provides services to users in Bangladesh. Attempts to access the platform from restricted regions may be blocked automatically.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as email, phone number, or address), please update your account immediately. tkck will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

For security purposes, tkck may at any time request submission of a national identity card, passport, or other documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Funds can be deposited to the tkck platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. tkck follows anti-money laundering policies, which is why withdrawals via the same method are required.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

• After a withdrawal request is submitted, the tkck team will verify it.
• Once verification is complete, funds will be sent via the designated method.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement associated with a bonus has not been met.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not available.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkck offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus applies only once and is available on the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totaling 10 times the original bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — unused bonuses will be cancelled once they expire.
• tkck reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Only one account per household or IP address is eligible to receive the welcome bonus.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

Weekly cashback is available through tkck's 5-tier VIP program. The cashback rate by tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 1.0% cashback per week

Users can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular activity.

6.1 Fair Play

tkck believes in fair play. All games use a verified Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps game outcomes completely unbiased.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a round is interrupted due to a technical error in any game, the outcome of that round will be determined according to server logs. If there is evidence of a genuine error, tkck may refund the amount wagered in that round.

6.3 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which are described within the game itself. Users are advised to read those rules before playing.

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits. Bets outside these limits cannot be placed. tkck reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
